Family Time

We had a busy month with this girl traveling and spending time with almost everyone we're related to! In three weekends we saw all 5 grandparents, and all of our aunts, uncles and cousins. Sounds like a pretty good month to me!

We started out by spending some time in College Station and then Fort Worth to celebrate Barrett's 3rd birthday!

Dinner and gelato with Poppy. Watching this girl lunge for the next bite of gelato was hilarious! Girl after my own heart! Jordan was also trying to impress Poppy with her golf skills. Still trying to figure out exactly what to do with these things.

Jordan practiced picking up rocks and putting them in her bucket and then all back out one by one. She loves to unpack anything she can find, one by one and see how many she can hold in one hand before they all fall and she starts all over again. The sugar packets at restaurants are loads of fun and quite a mess.

Trying to get a picture of all four of these little stinkers isn't so easy, but Jordan had fun playing at the park with her cousins.

"Don't worry, Mommy. I pull Jordan in the wagon"

These two had too much fun playing and both got stories from Gamma. It's hard to see, but Barrett wanted Jordan to lay down with him in his big bed. Love watching them play together!

Then had some fun at the pumpkin patch for Barrett's party!

We got a little lost in the corn maze....and by a little lost, I mean Aunt Alli and Mommy were trying to Google their way out. It stopped being fun after about 30 minutes of searching for the exit.

The very next weekend, we headed to Austin to hang out with Nani and Aunt Lissa and to help with some wedding planning. Jordan loved rocking on her daddy's old rocking horse. She kept asking to sit up there and then would try as hard as she could to make it move.

Playing with Nani and our glasses!

The next weekend Grandpapa and Oma came for a visit. I told you...we saw everyone! We visited the pumpkins, showed off all our new tricks and played outside!

We also had plenty of time at home during the week.

Helping Mommy shop for groceries:

Playing in our car,again...always! AND climbing up on everything...always!

Playing in the sandbox before dinner...multiple times.

Hung out at the park:

Practicing our tantrum throwing...and getting over it pretty quick:

Jordan likes to help with the dishes. She unloads the silverware, always somehow reaching for the knives first. Three different outfits, three different days.

Practicing her selfies, climbing in the tub and being silly

More pictures we love:

Things we don't want to forget:

-We've officially decided her first word as "puppy" or "pu-pup", even though this was months ago (feel like it should be documented)
- Her big blue eyes when she looks up at you and reaches up her arms for you get her
- The way she snuggles and then gives you kisses before lunging for her bed at night
- The way she performs "If you're happy and you know it"
- Loves to be outside, thrown in the air, hang upside down and climb on anything.
- She signs "pumpkin" every time she sees one. October has been an interesting month!
- Her "TOUCHDOWN", when she throws her hands up in the air
- Pointing at daddy's nose and playing with mommy's hair
- Learning this world by saying "DA" and pointing at everything
- Babbling full sentences...now if we only knew what she was telling us.
- Loves to eat with a fork, which means jabbing at the plate with one hand and eating with the other
- The way she pets your face when you tell her to "be sweet"
