I cannot even start to think about this girl almost being one year old. How can a year fly by so quickly! It seems even shorter than Jordan's first year, probably because we had no idea what we were doing the first time, so the days seemed longer. Also because Jordan didn't sleep! :) Back to Taylor, what a precious precious little girl you are sweet Taylor. You have the brightest little spirit, you love to snuggle and are oh, so close to walking towards us! Taylor still has just her 6 teeth, loves to stand on her own and is starting to play more and more with her big sister.
We went down to the final four in Houston and Jordan had her face painted but still wanted to take pictures when Taylor has her monthly photo shoot. I know there will be fights between sisters along the way, but the way these girls love each other melts my heart every day! I cannot WAIT to see how this relationship continues to grow.
We had a little bit of a rough month with the passing of my grandmother in late February, but this girl (and the other 4 grandkids) sure were a welcomed distraction and reminder of the pure joy and beautiful legacy that she has left behind.
Sweet girls watching Frozen. Can we talk about how each pair of sisters are matching :)

Rare trip to the grocery store alone with this girl. She is usually distracted by her big sister, so was in awe of everything there was to see on her own!

March is always a fun time to get all dolled up in our Sam Houston gear for daddy's big basketball game. Jordan was trying to teach Taylor how to shake the pom poms!

Family trip to Dallas for Jenni's wedding!

She doesn't understand why when it's mommy/daddy time on the weekend, she has to go to the church nursery...so sometimes we just sit in the aisle. I know it's blurry, but she didn't sit still for long.
Celebrating her first Easter!

Oh my heart! Have I mentioned how much she loves to snuggle?
Happy girl

Just standing around..showing off her outfits
This girl is a champion sleeper, she loves her bed and has started becoming friends with her lovey at night.

Lots of Easter pictures in our Easter blog, but just love Taylor in this picture.
Things we don't want to forget:
- Hearing more and more of Taylor's sweet little voice, including "dada"
- When she just rests her head on you, even when playing
- Her "more" sign, when she just claps her hands together
- The way she practically jumps in her bed and doesn't really want to read stories. She just closes the book, every time.
- She will find the remote control in every room and be so determined to reach it.
- Her giggle when we play peek a boo
- Started doing her hands over her eyes playing peek a boo herself
- How she'll just stand forever without moving
- Eating almost everything and loving being able to eat spaghetti
- The way she smiles at big sister
