This girl is growing up so fast on us, it's hard to keep up. We are beginning to see her little personality more and more each and every day. Since the day she was born she has wanted to be up, looking around so she can make sure she doesn't miss anything. 10 months later, it's the same story. She will not sit down and play, but instead wants to be up standing at the coffee table or her toys where she can stand and play. She has officially mastered crawling and will follow us out of the room when we leave. Even though it is fun to watch her grow and develop, time is flying by way too fast! We fall more and more in love with this happy girl every day.
We started the month getting all dressed up for some pictures in the park!
This little girl has gotten so big, she can sit right in the booth next to Gamma.
We took a trip to College Station to celebrate March birthdays while Daddy was at the Final Four! Everyone showed up to celebrate. This is the best picture of all the cousins we could get! Jordan loved checking out the little babies. She's just checking Payton out to make sure she's fit to share Poppy and Gamma.
Maw Maw came over to celebrate her birthday too. I love this picture with 4 generations of Barretts!
We also got a picture of 4 generations of Mudges.
Jordan spent a lot of the month getting geared up for her very first Easter. Nothing like bunny ears and a little bunny tail to make you smile all month!
I hope I never forget how this girl smiles when we go to Gymboree play class. It is so hard to capture the amount of joy she has for Gymbo the clown, the tunnels, ramps and most importantly the parachute! Daddy went with us one Saturday and was able to see how much Jordan loves her play class.
We didn't have the picture perfect first Easter as I was not feeling very well, but you better believe that we put this girl in her Easter dress anyway. I was so excited about the dress and bow we bought that we got her dressed about 4pm to see what the Easter Bunny brought and snap a few pictures. She looked too adorable!
We were so excited to visit the Holaseks and welcome their new baby boy, Wyatt. We were thankful that the Rhines came to visit as well. This girl had fun playing with her friends Mattie, Luke and Levi!
At the end of the month, we had Jordan's baby dedication at church. I will put pictures of all the festivities in another post, but I love this picture of our little family of 3!
Things we don't want to forget:
- The way she always clasps her hands together
- How she peeks around the corner or over the furniture to find you.
- We are finally starting to find some tickle spots that really make her giggle.
- She just stare at people, checking them out really well before she flashes her big smile.
- Can't walk through the grocery store without Jordan making 10 people stop and talk to her.
-Laughing at the word, "no".
- She has 6 teeth!
