Christmas!....but first Thanksgiving ;)

Before we can get to Christmas, we can't forget Thanksgiving AND the 10 days that Chris' basketball team was in Idaho and Alaska and the girls were out of school. We had to be creative to keep everyone entertained!
We started the week with Thanksgiving at the girls' school. My favorite little Pilgrim and Turkey :)

This girl's face is covered in dirt almost every day I pick her up. Play hard little one! Play hard! Also those eyes!
The girls assumed their feast at school was Thanksgiving so we just went with it and started getting ready for Christmas! Christmas jams and Santa Pictures!

Starting to get ready for some cold weather. This is what it looks like when you mix packing for cold weather with potty training.

We pulled out the stockings and Jordan dragged Colton all the way to the fireplace so they could take pictures under their stockings.

Christmas gets sweeter and sweeter every year watching it through this girl's eyes.
With Daddy gone for a while, we headed to College Station for a few days. Got everything we need: tank top, beanie, dollar store Elfie and Trolls blankie
Hot tub in November!
My silly princess
Thankful our cousins were off school too and came to play with us! We always seem to find these two together

Gamma's got breakfast totally under control!

Santa's Wonderland!

Christmas lights through the eyes of littles :)

Colton was there too. Such a trooper!
Back at home on Thanksgiving morning, this is how we watched the Thanksgiving Day Parade. I don't think we'll ever forget how much Taylor likes to be held, but just in case we do, it is clearly documented :)

Heading to our friends' house for Thanksgiving! Thankful to have friends who are also coaching families who totally get it when your coach is out of town!
Eating her turkey leftovers on the floor! Oh my!
Happy First Thanksgiving to my littlest Turkey.
I think he was over it by the end of the day!

Took a little break for Thanksgiving Day, now back to Christmas preparations. And Taylor making sure she's not forgotten!
Both girls will say "What a beautiful day"! So off to the park we went!
Silly breakfast...every day...these two have never just EATEN THEIR FOOD like normal people!

I guess I didn't rotate this picture, but as crazy as life can be when Daddy is gone and we have no school, at the end of the day these littles are my world! Celebrating Christmas with them when every little thing is a miracle brings me so much joy! These faces are crazy...but these faces are everything!
Daddy's coming home!....and Taylor is still in my lap :) Love you baby girl
Hanging with friends!
And all is back right in the world for these two...Daddy is home and how sweet it is!
