About 5pm on Halloween night it started pouring outside, but there was no way these two were going to pass up trick or treating. Jordan just took her umbrella and rain boots and led the way. We loaded Colton up in the car and tried to find streets that had more than one house with their lights on. The rainy weather and the Astros in the World Series made for a quiet night around here! You have to love the pure innocence and joy of a 4 year old who didn't even know or care that it was a rainy, quiet Halloween. Jordan was having so much fun she kept asking if we could trick or treat all night long. (An hour was all night for her, good news for us!)
Happy First Halloween, Colton! We returned the Lion costume we bought you since you spent the Fall Festivals and Halloween night in your car seat, but good thing we had Barrett's old "My First Halloween" pajamas to get us through our first Halloween! This boy was such a trooper as we just take him from place to place wherever sisters want to go!
