Summer Fun - Part 2

Summer always keeps us busy when we're not in basketball season and before recruiting starts up. Started off June with a much needed haircut and these girls dancing in "Rapunzel's Tower" which is really the small gazebo in our small downtown! (Thanks Parker & Payton)

Lots of summer birthdays to celebrate. Unicorn and princess parties

Entertaining Taylor during Jordan's swim lessons. Wish the video would load of her singing "Jesus loves me, this I know. Jesus MEOW". The next time, Daddy came and she jumped in the pool for 30 minutes.

Thankful for new friends who will all climb in bed with you and play slumber party!

First trip to the Huntsville Public Library...it may be a while before we're invited back. :/ Let's just say, one tired preschooler was throwing a fit in the quiet area, one toddler was swinging around the American flag pole and one pregnant mommy was sweating because of the crazy and the A/C being off that day! But they look sweet, huh?!

Sneaking in as much pool time as we can before July recruiting starts!

First 4th of July in our new neighborhood. A golf cart parade, swim party and festival! Living the small town life around here!

"Mommy, I like this bench...take our picture" - Jordan

Gymnastics!

Big day for this girl turning around forwards in the car! She was so excited we could touch her now!

Forward facing and big girl bed, having a big summer this girl....except, this is how we found her around midnight.
When recruiting starts and it's just us girls, we play in our Aggie clothes, paint our nails and watch movies :)

Don't mind baby brother in there Taylor, he makes a nice armrest.

 Curls!

"Getting ready to go to work"

When Daisy Duck used her bow for spy goggles that morning!
And then Daddy comes home and this is how we sit. Taylor sitting on his head because she can't get close enough and Jordan mad she's stealing her Daddy.
Ready for school! I just really like this picture :)

Mommer sent $5 for each of their birthdays so we went to Target to spend it on a Barbie coloring purse and Paw Patrol books!
"We can both be the line leaders...here just hold my hand"

Thankful for friends who take us in when Daddy's out of town, let us swim and feed us giant watermelon

I bet the video doesn't work, but surely wolf ears, Chicken shirts, skirts and boots are TOTALLY normal. They kill me!

"I can sit here and hold baby brother"
...and then sometimes you just have to take pictures when they're asleep in your bed. The sweetest little face.

Usually it's a princess or ballerina nightgown...but sometimes it's a Chuy's burrito shirt, snowman pants and a skirt.
Last weekend of recruiting season so we escaped to College Station

Where we get to pick out our own cookies

play games
and do A LOT of swimming!

 Hahaha only Poppy :)
"Catch me, ready go!" Whether you're ready or not!

Even 7 months pregnant in 100 degree heat with two busy busy girls, we survived July and the crazy recruiting season. As everyone knows, parenting is not always easy, but (besides their sleeping habits) these girls make it as easy as they can on me. Their sweet little faces, complete excitement and joy for every little thing in life and their super big hugs and snuggles make every day a joy to be their Mom. I can't even imagine what it's like to love another baby the way I love them, but I can't wait to find out. Our world is about to change, but I know that these two will be the best big sisters to baby brother!
