We have been so busy, so loading pictures and documenting our summer activities have definitely taken a back seat recently. Warning: there are a lot of pictures all in one blog posting our summer so far. Mostly we have been working on selling our house in The Woodlands and getting our new home in Huntsville ready, we took a trip to College Station and a trip to visit Aunt Alli while daddy was out recruiting, but my favorite pictures are documenting Jordan and Taylor in their every day shenanigans. These are the moments I don't ever want to forget.
Taylor girl was 15 months old on 7/29. She was 31.5" tall (82%) and 24lb 12oz (90%)

At Jordan's 3 year check up she was 38" tall (69%) and weighted 35 lbs. (83%)

We started off our summer with Jordan's first day of Summer Pre School at Primrose. She was so excited and makes sure every day that we don't call it school, but that we call it PRE-school.
Every Tuesday night, our little gymnast loves her big girl class! With our move to Huntsville we had to cancel gym and start getting ready for our next adventure as a ballerina! We have been doing gymnastics once a week since Jordan was 16 months old, we will miss it!
Working on her arabesque and watching coach with her binoculars aer my favorite.

Laughing with mommy at big sister's swim lessons. She's such a trooper

Only crazy people and coach's families go to a zoo in Texas in July.

We took a trip to Dallas to go visit our cousins. These girls adore their cousins! It's fun to see them all so close in age and how they interact with each other.

This little 4th of July diva wore this dress 3 days in a row.

Splash pad days at school and neighborhood splash pad & pool

Then. This...just this. I have no words.

And then that time you go out for dinner forgetting that there are water fountains outside the restaurant.

Best we could do of all 5:

Although this may be one of my favorites. Everyone is blurry because they wouldn't stop jumping. Then Tay wanted to join in with the big kids!

I have a feeling we're going to have to keep an eye on these two.

While Barrett always has his eyes on Taylor. He is so sweet with her.

Taylor just figuring out what being a big kid is all about. Checking out Ms. Payton, first visit to the aquarium, hugs from Aunt Alli and running around trying to keep up with the big kids.

Sometimes...when I'm in a really good mood, I let this happen :)

I will never get tired of seeing how much these girls love their daddy. July is a tough month for most basketball coach's families so all time we get to spend together is so precious!

I do like the occasional picture with my girls too :)

When Daddy and Poppy are out of town...we go out for doughnuts!

My girls and their accessories ;)

Being such big girls at their check ups

Oh Jordan girl
I have to take a better picture of this nightgown because she has worn it every day for over a month. I have to sneak it away just so I can wash it. She will never wear her pajama pants anymore because in her nightgown she is a princess.
WHO'S CHILD ARE YOU?!?!

Sweet friends and sno-cones

Past bedtime: "Mommy, I just snuggle you a feeewww more minutes"
You win baby girl, you win.
You're not SUPPOSED to come sleep in our bed at 2am, but sometimes we're too tired for the fight. Then you wake up next to this and all is forgiven. Baby Cinderella and Belle made the trip from Jordan's room too.

Taylor bug and her sweet faces.

This is our mornings. Cheerios on the floor before school.

Every day. I love how she puts her entire hand in her mouth for the 4 Cheerios in there.

Spent a little time at Poppy and Gamma's house while Daddy was out of town.

Stories with Oma
Busy busy girls

Nothing beats a cookie at the grocery store.

I pray that these girls will always be the sweetest sisters and the best of friends as they get older...

...and that maybe they'll still like me too :)

Life can be crazy, hectic and messy sometimes, but at the end of the day these two girls and their daddy have my whole heart and I cannot help but feel so extremely blessed to be their mommy. The world is a scary place and preparing these girls will be our greatest challenge in parenting. But while they're 3 and 1, I will hug them whenever I want, tell them I love them 15 times a day and sneak in to watch them sleep every night before I go to bed.
