October 2015

October was a busy month with Uncle Kyle's Wedding, Taylor turning 6 months and Halloween. But you know we take a thousand pictures and like for them to be documented as much as possible so here's what else we were up to.

We spent some time in Dallas celebrating Barrett's 4th Birthday at the pumpkin patch and hanging out with our cousins. Matching double strollers! Not the best picture of any of them, just thought they were all cute sitting together.

Mommy and her girls at the pumpkin patch.

We attempted to get pictures with the pumpkins, but no one wanted to cooperate at the same time.

Each girl got one day to play hooky from school and hang out with Nani while she was visiting. I don't know why Jordan isn't wearing pants...It's always something!

Being a frog and chillin in her sunglasses. How many pictures do I have of this girl and glasses.

These are the pictures we get from school during the day. I love how much she's concentrating in the first picture. The second one had a caption, "I'm not tired today". If I could get this child to nap and go to bed when she's supposed to it would be a miracle.

I hope I never forget Jordan yelling, "Noooo...didster get me!!!" while laughing uncontrollably because Taylor started crawling on her.

Aggie Football game! Because of our "Aggie Goose" book, Jordan kept asking, "Mommy take Jo-dan see A-ie band". So we took her to see the Aggie band...she just stared at them, wasn't quite as excited as I thought she'd be. She spent the whole game just checking everything out. I love sharing one of my childhood memories with my little girl and can't wait for so many more!

Even Daddy enjoys the Aggie games, he just won't admit it to everyone!

Jordan is definitely in the category of over-photographed toddlers. We said we were going to take a picture of her and she hopped up on both seats and said, "Picture with Mommy." "...and Daddy too"

We're still doing gymnastics and this girl in her leotard and ponytail just KILLS me! Jordan gets some special one on one Daddy time when Taylor needs to stay home on Tuesday nights.

Pumpkins!

Waiting for Daddy to get home. Taylor will be following Jordan most all of her life, so it always cracks me up with Jordan is trying to do what Taylor does. She even bent down because that's what it looked like Taylor was doing to her.

"Stand up just like didster"

Taking full advantage of the nice weather! Jordan surprises me with something new she can do every time we go to the park.

Random get together with girlfriends! Jordan and Taylor are just part of the girls :)

Trying to do a photo shoot with Daddy and his girls...never quite works out the way I plan.

This one makes me laugh.

Last but not least, just a picture of this sweet face with her little pony tail! Love this girl and her growing personality so much! She has started to talk a hundred miles an hour and cracks us up with the things she comes up with

Halloween 2015

Happy 1st Halloween Taylor girl!

This Halloween was the most fun one yet. Jordan is starting to have her favorite things and understand a little bit about the Halloween traditions! She was so excited to put on her Elsa dress and began understanding what it was like to "dress up". "Jo-dan Elsa"  Taylor didn't feel her best, but still was the sweetest little Minnie Mouse I've seen!

Jordan had fun trick-or-treating with our neighborhood friends this year. It's fun to watch her play with friends and how 2 year olds can make each other laugh. I think Jordan was eating an apple and not real into the princess picture, but I still think it's sweet!

She kept saying, "Jo-dan fun...Jo-dan candy" and then would take off running as fast as she could to the next house. I need to post the video of her saying "Happy Hawoween", is so cute!

Then there's the Halloween hangover...begging for candy and refusing to take of her Elsa dress. She kept dancing around the house singing "Let it Go". She was cracking us up all day!

We got her to take her dress off, but only long enough to take a bath and she put it right back on and then settled in with her friends to watch her Sunday night Frozen movie.

We love watching Jordan become such a little girl with her own likes and dislikes and the things that truly make her so happy. Watching Halloween through the eyes of a two-year old was a good reminder of how fun it can be.
