Spring at last: March Part 2

March is always a fun month with championship basketball and Mommy and Aunt Alli's birthday celebration. Jordan is the best little basketball fan. I love watching her climb up and down the stairs, point out Daddy on the bench and clap when the team scores. (Or when everyone else claps).

Helping Daddy pick out his tie!

Hanging out at Daddy's game

Our big trip to Katy for the conference tournament. She always wanted to stand in the elevator so she could run out as soon as the doors opened. This pictures was at 11:30 pm and she still wanted to ride the elevator by herself.

Pom Poms!

Watching the game with Nani and Aunt Lissa

After season we took a little time to celebrate Mommy and Aunt Alli's birthday.

This week has been such a fun week since we have had Daddy home for a little break after basketball season and the weather has been gorgeous. We had a little fun playing bubbles outside and loving on our little sister that will be here before we know it!

March 2015 Part 1

Just a few pictures from the past month and what Jordan's been up to. Doing some spring cleaning, baking and transitioning into our big girl bed!

I love how much she loves this puppy because I LOVED this puppy when I was little. And seriously...this face! Ugh - I love this girl!

"Bhoe Bhoe" as Jordan makes the pitcher her shoe in the bathtub

Just sweetness

Still her favorite place in the house. With baby...or with a box on her head.

Not the best picture of me, but just love capturing these moments that hope one day you won't forget. It's so sad when you're kid doesn't feel well, but also so sweet that you realize how much they depend on your for comfort. I don't want to forget what it feels like to have this sweet girl snuggle.

Trying to take her temperature

With Taylor's arrival right around the corner, Jordan got the eviction notice from her crib. We're not completely sold on our big girl bed quite yet, but we're getting there. She loves to play in it...just may not want to sleep there so much.

Night #1: Daddy and Jordan

Night #2...She fell off. And we laughed. Parents of the year.

Night #3: Why go to sleep when Daddy will stay in here and play with me.

The emotions are so real...and so volatile.

Just reading her parenting magazine in the back seat.

Fun with hats and shades!

I regret not getting a picture of this, but we had our first pea in the nose experience. I'm not sure what happened, or how it happened, but I do know that we had to use Jordan's baby fork just to get it out...it was pretty wedged in there! I just felt like this moment should be accurately documented.

Just read this article at just the right time preparing for our new baby girl. Jordan has made my heart love more than I ever knew possible and has made it possible to love something so much bigger than myself. She may not be my little baby for long, but she will always be my first. To you my sweet Jordan, you made us parents and gave us a perspective on this world that we never knew before. We are forever changed because of you and cannot wait to watch you be such a great big sister to Taylor for the rest of your lives.
