Jordan started this month with her first night away from both Mommy and Daddy. I took a one night trip up to Fort Worth to visit Aunt Alli, Uncle Matt and Jordan's cousins while she stayed at Gamma and Poppy's house for the first time by herself! She did great, and I had the best night's sleep I've had in 8 months, even if there were crying babies in the house...they weren't mine to take care of!
Now that it's March, we are so excited to finally get ready for some warm weather again and the longer days. We have been able to spend more time outside in the evenings and on the weekends.
Jordan also still loves her Gymboree play class. We have fun Mommy/Jordan time on our day's off. It is fun to watch her play and learn new songs. Here is our little future basketball star and Jordan crawling like a champ in the tunnels!
Jordan has also discovered that we are watching her while she sleeps. Well....not really, but she has learned that there is some sort of device on the corner of her crib, and now when she's ready for us to come get her, she sticks her face right in the camera as she tries to eat this new little toy. The key is to get to her, before the camera gets unplugged.
This month we got teeth #3 and #4. Her front two teeth have made their way in and she loves learning how to use them, by biting us every chance she gets. She still really likes to show off her bottom two. They were her first, and she's so proud!
Love this girl and the faces she makes! There are no other words needed here.
Jordan enjoyed rooting her Daddy on at his basketball games this month. From the conference championships to the CIT, we had fun sitting with Nani and rooting for our Bearkats. Best part of March is tournament basketball and Jordan will learn this soon enough.
We are getting ready for spring and summer which means buying sun hats, swim suits, shorts and tank tops! I think Jordan knew something in those bags was for her.

Just this last week she has discovered that she can walk pushing her toy around. This girl will be walking on her own in no time. I'm not sure Chris and I are ready for this, but her little legs are so darn cute when she's up walking!
Things we don't want to forget:
- She has started to reach for her books after her bedtime bottle
-The way she shakes her head from side to side as if to say: "NO"
- The smile you get when you pick her up from school
- How she has a dirty diaper almost EVERY time she is in the car (Maybe I could forget this one)
- How she claps her hands together
- She still doesn't mind snuggling with you for a little nap
- How she cries when she crawls toward you because she wants you to get her
- She's in a 'I want my parents' phase, and honestly...we're not complaining. :)
